Kawasaki Engines Division Names Todd Sytsma Manager, OEM Department

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Nov. 2020)--Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. Engines Division has announced the promotion of Todd Sytsma to manager, OEM department. Sytsma, a Grand Rapids native, has worked as an OEM sales manager at Kawasaki for the past four years.

Kawasaki's EFI Engine Family Grows with Addition of FX1000V EFI

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Jan. 2020) Kawasaki’s EFI engines, recognized as industry workhorses consistently providing high performance power to numerous OEM applications, receives an infusion to its line-up with the new FX1000V EFI. A 38.5 HP SAE Certified engine, this unit brings the family to a total of five engines, providing the essential ingredients for commercial mowers and heavy-duty industrial and construction equipment. The FX1000V EFI joins the FS730V, FT730V, FX730V, and FX850V engines as the largest and most powerful option available.

Kawasaki Engines Focuses on Dealer Support

As the Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. Engines Division has continued its growth, the company has built much of its reputation on the level of responsiveness it has shown to its customers. One of the most important groups—dealers—will soon see an expanded concentration of support as Kawasaki’s existing Order Services Department becomes the Customer Care Department, effective April 1.

Kawasaki Motorcyles and Engines Will Operate as Independent Unit Beginning October 2021

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Nov. 2020)---Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd., Japan, has announced that effective October 1, 2021, its Motorcycle and Engines business unit will operate independently of KHI. The move will promote increased flexibility for these categories in order to more quickly respond to market opportunities and innovations.
